Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Compensation Strategy & Design Sr. Manager to drive strategic initiatives that modernize and scale Sales Compensation plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end design and rollout of Sales commission and incentive programs across various Sales roles
  • Analyze market benchmarking and sales comp plan performance metrics to identify opportunities for revenue growth
  • Coordinate stakeholder input and manage dependencies to ensure effective transformation program execution
Required Qualifications
  • 6-9 years of experience in sales compensation within the SaaS industry, focusing on strategy and design
  • Proven success in Sales Comp transformation at an enterprise scale, particularly with consumption-based initiatives
  • High analytical fluency in interpreting compensation metrics and trends
  • Demonstrated ability to influence across functions and lead in matrixed organizations
  • Experience with sales compensation execution, administration, and compensation tools
