Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Sales Compensation to oversee the administration and execution of sales compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the administration and governance of sales compensation programs
- Ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant execution of compensation plans across variable-based roles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and maintain strong controls
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in sales compensation, sales operations, FP&A, finance, or a related analytical/operational role
- Experience with sales compensation tools such as SPIFF, CaptivateIQ, or Varicent preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar systems preferred
- WorldatWork Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP) or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
- Ability to manage recurring processes with deadlines and a high degree of accuracy
