Job Summary

To support business growth, the full-time remote Manager of Sales Compensation will design and manage compensation programs, lead optimization initiatives, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and manage scalable compensation programs, including base pay, commissions, bonuses, and incentives
  • Lead administration and optimization of sales and customer success compensation plans, including modeling and performance analysis
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and market competitiveness
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in compensation, specifically in sales compensation and incentive program administration
  • Strong analytical, modeling, and forecasting skills with advanced Excel proficiency
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally with Finance, RevOps, HR, and business leadership
  • Strong understanding of compensation benchmarking and scalable compensation frameworks
  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or technology environments preferred
