Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Sales Compensation Manager, this full-time position will manage sales compensation planning and commission design while collaborating closely with Sales, FP&A, Business Intelligence, and People teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the design of sales incentive structures aligned with strategic business goals
- Conduct ROI analysis to ensure variable compensation plans drive profitable growth
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives on sales compensation and incentives
Required qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in revenue operations or sales operations
- 3+ years of experience designing or implementing variable compensation plans
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling
- Strong knowledge of sales incentives best practices
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
