Key responsibilities:
  • Lead the design of sales incentive structures aligned with strategic business goals
  • Conduct ROI analysis to ensure variable compensation plans drive profitable growth
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives on sales compensation and incentives
Required qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in revenue operations or sales operations
  • 3+ years of experience designing or implementing variable compensation plans
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling
  • Strong knowledge of sales incentives best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
