Job Summary
Sales Compensation Specialist, responsible for the administration and operational support of incentive compensation programs for sales roles in a full-time remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of sales compensation programs, including plan setup and ongoing maintenance
- Provide dedicated support for BDR compensation, ensuring clear understanding and administration of compensation programs
- Deliver compensation-related reporting and analysis while supporting process improvement and documentation efforts
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in sales compensation
- Proven experience administering incentive compensation programs end to end
- Strong operational rigor with the ability to manage detail-sensitive processes
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and cross-functionally
- Experience in managing high-volume compensation inquiries and issues
