Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Compliance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory expertise to the Sales Organization regarding state and federal guidelines
• Perform internal Sales/Marketing compliance reporting and monitoring
• Lead projects and meetings to achieve Sales compliance objectives

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of related compliance work experience
• Working knowledge of federal and state guidelines pertaining to Sales and Marketing
• Experience with Sales allegation investigations and policy procedures
• Ability to create and maintain compliance-related documentation
• Experience in interpreting and analyzing regulatory manuals and specifications
