Sales Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations & Compliance Manager to enhance sales effectiveness and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, develop, and maintain quality assurance protocols to reduce Pre-Install Cancels and Churn
• Conduct detailed analysis of sales funnels, identify bottlenecks, and maximize conversion rates
• Oversee hiring, structuring, and distribution of sales resources to optimize coverage and performance

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or similar role
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and data analysis tools
• Proficient in Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
