Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Consultant (ASO).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop annual plans to achieve targets and manage a diverse portfolio of industries
• Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling to build a balanced pipeline
• Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through proposal development and closing deals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Typically 3+ years of B2B sales experience in relevant industries such as HCM, SaaS, or financial services
• Proven experience in PEO, SaaS, HCM, or ASO preferred
• Strong understanding of financial concepts for quantifying benefits for customers
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.com or comparable software
