Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Consultant to place physicians in permanent positions across the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Source healthcare provider information and generate call lists
• Make outbound calls to develop business relationships and match providers with opportunities
• Build an active pipeline and meet production goals throughout the sales cycle

Required Qualifications

• Intrinsically motivated and able to persevere through tough markets
• Proficient use of multiple software systems including Outlook, Excel, and CRM databases
• Experience in sales or recruitment is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong negotiation skills throughout the recruitment process
