Job Summary

Seeking a self-motivated Sales Consultant to join the Inside Sales Team in a full-time hybrid role, responsible for managing the full sales cycle, consulting with independent insurance agents, and contributing to business growth through solution-selling methodologies.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing using solution-selling techniques
  • Consult with independent agency owners to understand their goals and challenges, mapping solutions to their needs
  • Consistently meet or exceed annual sales quotas in a collaborative team environment
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record in full-cycle prospecting and closing
  • Experience in consulting on business objectives and providing business coaching beyond product demonstrations
  • Strong consultative selling skills with a focus on meaningful client engagement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
