Job Summary
Seeking a seasoned Sales Consultant for a fully remote position, who will build and maintain relationships with financial advisors and wholesalers, educate partners on retirement plan administration, and identify new business opportunities to drive growth.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors, wholesalers, and key stakeholders
- Act as a technical resource to educate partners on retirement plan design, compliance testing, and government reporting
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
Required qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years in retirement plan sales, TPA services, or related financial services
- Strong understanding of plan design, compliance testing, and regulatory requirements
- Established network of financial advisors and wholesalers within the territory
- Ability to articulate complex retirement plan concepts to non-technical audiences
- Highly motivated and organized, capable of working independently
