Job Summary
Seeking a self-motivated Sales Consultant to join the Inside Sales Team in a full-time, hybrid role responsible for managing the full sales cycle, consulting with independent insurance agents, and driving business growth through innovative SaaS solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing using a solution-selling methodology
- Consult with independent agency owners to understand their business goals and challenges, providing tailored solutions
- Consistently meet or exceed annual sales quotas in a collaborative and dynamic environment
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record in full-cycle prospecting and closing
- Experience in consulting prospects on business objectives and providing broader business coaching
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to go beyond product features
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
