Job Summary
Seeking a self-motivated Sales Consultant to join the Inside Sales Team in a full-time, hybrid role, responsible for managing the full sales cycle, consulting with independent insurance agents, and driving business growth through SaaS-based solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle using a solution-selling methodology from prospecting to closing
- Consult with independent agency owners to understand their goals and challenges, mapping solutions to their needs
- Consistently meet or exceed annual sales quotas in a collaborative environment
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Experience in consulting prospects on business objectives and providing business coaching
- Strong consultative selling skills, able to go beyond basic product demos
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
