Job Summary
Engaging with warm inbound leads, the full-time Sales Consultant will educate customers on home services and assist them in placing orders, all within a 100% remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and text to understand their needs and recommend solutions
- Manage multiple orders and conversations while utilizing HubSpot and internal systems to complete transactions
- Stay informed about new products and vendors to enhance customer service and meet performance goals
Required qualifications
- Prior customer service or inside sales experience is preferred
- Experience with HubSpot and Google Workspace is advantageous
- Strong motivation and self-starter attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Interest in technology and willingness to learn about new products
