Job Summary
To support the admissions process, the full-time salaried Sales Consultant will manage the entire admissions sales cycle, from initial inquiry to student enrollment, while working remotely and consistently meeting sales goals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the admissions sales cycle by engaging with prospective students, assessing their readiness, and guiding them through the enrollment process
- Utilize CRM data to identify sales opportunities, conduct outreach, and follow up effectively with prospects
- Build rapport with potential students and implement strategies to overcome barriers to enrollment while maintaining a high level of energy and commitment
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of consultative sales experience, preferably in inbound/outbound phone sales
- iPEC Certified Professional Coach and ELI-MP Certification
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Bachelor's degree in sales preferred, but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and CRM/Sales software
