Job Summary

To support the growth of Book Fair programs, the full-time hourly Sales Consultant for Book Fairs will manage a defined territory, drive new bookings, and enhance account performance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and deliver on territory performance, including fair count, revenue, and revenue per fair (RPF) goals
  • Drive new bookings and maintain a strong pipeline of fairs while managing customer relationships
  • Lead the execution of fairs, ensuring high-impact events that maximize customer experience and financial outcomes
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of three years of proven sales experience in territory/account management and customer growth
  • Demonstrated ability to close business and influence customer decisions
  • Experience with event management or customer-facing program execution preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with Sales Automation or CRM software
