Job Summary
Partnering closely with Sales, the remote Sales Contract Administrator will generate and manage sales proposals and oversee the contract lifecycle, ensuring alignment with client needs and internal processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Generate and edit Sales Proposals for Sales Consultants
- Guide proposals through appropriate order processing steps
- Enter and maintain accurate data within Salesforce and CPQ
Required qualifications:
- 1-3 years of contract administration or sales support experience
- Intermediate MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and Word
- Experience using Salesforce and/or Salesforce CPQ
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving ability
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
