Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the sales and marketing efforts through administrative and servicing duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Sales Managers and assist with client inquiries and reservations
- Maintain and manage the sales lead process, ensuring timely follow-up and communication
- Coordinate daily site schedules and assist with the preparation of sales and marketing collateral
Required Qualifications
- Previous hotel/hospitality/tourism experience
- Punctuality and regular attendance
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work well with team members and the public
- One to two years of hotel sales coordinator experience is desirable
- Computer knowledge in a Windows environment and experience with property management systems is a plus
