Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the sales and marketing efforts through administrative and servicing duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Sales Managers and assist with client inquiries and reservations
  • Maintain and manage the sales lead process, ensuring timely follow-up and communication
  • Coordinate daily site schedules and assist with the preparation of sales and marketing collateral
Required Qualifications
  • Previous hotel/hospitality/tourism experience
  • Punctuality and regular attendance
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to work well with team members and the public
  • One to two years of hotel sales coordinator experience is desirable
  • Computer knowledge in a Windows environment and experience with property management systems is a plus
