Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for student-athletes and their families in the recruiting process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make 80-100+ lead-generated dials daily to educate families and schedule appointments
  • Participate in sales team meetings and conduct client follow-ups
  • Utilize CRM and sales tools to track interactions and manage outreach effectively
Required Qualifications:
  • Six months of professional work or internship experience
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting goals
  • Flexibility to work some nights and weekends
  • Basic understanding of sports and the college recruiting landscape
  • Minimum of six months of sales experience preferred
