Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support its Business Development Center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute the Business Development Center (BDC) process in line with company strategies and standards
  • Respond to customer inquiries from the CRM within 15 minutes during store hours
  • Schedule appointments for in-store visits and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Call center, customer service, or sales experience required
  • Tech-savvy and experienced with CRM tools (or willing to learn quickly)
  • Flexible schedule availability, including some weekends
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
