Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Coordinator - Lead Catcher (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound lead volume and qualify requests for entry and sourcing in the system
- Accurately track leads and update contact/account information in the system
- Address inquiries regarding the lead entry process and escalate issues as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree preferred
- Two to three years of related experience or training preferred
- Experience with data entry and prior roles as Sales Assistant or Sales Coordinator preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- English language proficiency required; Spanish proficiency preferred
