Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Coordinator - Lead Catcher (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound lead volume and qualify requests for entry and sourcing in the system
  • Accurately track leads and update contact/account information in the system
  • Address inquiries regarding the lead entry process and escalate issues as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree preferred
  • Two to three years of related experience or training preferred
  • Experience with data entry and prior roles as Sales Assistant or Sales Coordinator preferred
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
  • English language proficiency required; Spanish proficiency preferred
