Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team and ensure exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the pre- and post-sale process, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns
• Enter, update, and manage sales orders accurately and timely
• Collaborate with Account Executives to create client proposals and respond to inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales support or operational support role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Technical aptitude, with knowledge of Salesforce, Wrike, and Veritone preferred
• Desire to learn about media sales; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Flexibility and a positive attitude
