Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 80-100+ structured outbound calls per day to prospective student-athletes and their families
- Educate families on services and build trust early in the recruiting process
- Schedule appointments with senior sales specialists and meet weekly/monthly sales goals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum of 6 months of professional work or internship experience
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting goals
- Flexibility to work some nights and weekends
- Basic understanding of sports and the college recruiting landscape
- 1 year of sales experience in a high call volume environment is preferred
