Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 80-100+ structured outbound calls daily to prospective student-athletes and their families
• Educate families on services and build trust during the recruiting process
• Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and manage outreach effectively

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months of professional work or internship experience
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting goals
• Flexibility to work some nights and weekends
• Basic understanding of sports and the college recruiting landscape
• 1 year of sales experience preferred, particularly in high call volume environments
