Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Coordinator to manage the sales and client onboarding processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, format, and manage Statements of Work (SOWs) for new client engagements
  • Own and execute the Client Onboarding Checklist to ensure a seamless transition from deal closure to client kickoff
  • Coordinate logistics for industry conferences and events, supporting the sales team with necessary materials and schedules


Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, business development, or account coordination, preferably in a digital or content marketing agency
  • Exceptional organizational skills and proactive task management
  • Genuine interest in B2B marketing, SaaS, and the content industry
  • Experience with tools like Google Workspace, HubSpot, and ClickUp is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing clean, well-organized deliverables
