Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the account management team in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing communication with grocery and specialty accounts and support the account manager in resolving client issues
  • Pull and organize sales reports, track inventory levels, and assist in preparing materials for buyer meetings
  • Coordinate new item setups, track product changes, and manage promotional calendars and performance
Required Qualifications
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in sales coordination or account management, preferably in the beauty or consumer goods industry
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • English proficiency required - C1 level or above
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with NetSuite required
  • Experience with retailer vendor portals is a plus
