Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the Strategic Account Management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage sales documentation including MSAs, SOWs, and Change Orders
- Collaborate with Sales and operational teams to ensure alignment on pricing and services
- Maintain and analyze reporting tools for pacing, pickup, commission, and rebates
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Intermediate Excel skills with experience in reporting tools
- Understanding of contracts and their impact on revenue and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with AI tools for efficiency improvement is a plus
