Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the Strategic Account Management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage sales documentation including MSAs, SOWs, and Change Orders
  • Collaborate with Sales and operational teams to ensure alignment on pricing and services
  • Maintain and analyze reporting tools for pacing, pickup, commission, and rebates
Required Qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Intermediate Excel skills with experience in reporting tools
  • Understanding of contracts and their impact on revenue and reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with AI tools for efficiency improvement is a plus
