Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Coordinator II to support sales strategy and enrollment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for internal systems tracking of sales and commissions
  • Manage daily onboarding of agents and ensure compliance with training and licensing requirements
  • Act as the primary point of contact for broker questions regarding commissions and appointments
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, preferably in sales and marketing
  • Experience in Exchange, Medicare, Medicaid Managed Care, or Commercial Health Insurance is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance for state and federal insurance requirements
