Job Summary

Supporting the Regional Growth team, the part-time Sales Coordinator will maintain data integrity, assist with pricing accuracy, and drive operational excellence across operator accounts while working remotely for 25 hours per week.

Key responsibilities
  • Cleanup and maintain operator contact information in Salesforce
  • Audit and validate external websites and Salesforce data for accuracy
  • Reach out to existing operators to verify information and recommend optimizations
Required qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in sales support, customer service, or operations
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and operational systems
  • Ability to identify patterns and operational opportunities within data
  • Strong process discipline and documentation habits
  • Self-motivated and dependable with detail-oriented workflows
