Job Summary
Supporting the Regional Growth team, the part-time Sales Coordinator will maintain data integrity, assist with pricing accuracy, and drive operational excellence across operator accounts while working remotely for 25 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Cleanup and maintain operator contact information in Salesforce
- Audit and validate external websites and Salesforce data for accuracy
- Reach out to existing operators to verify information and recommend optimizations
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in sales support, customer service, or operations
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and operational systems
- Ability to identify patterns and operational opportunities within data
- Strong process discipline and documentation habits
- Self-motivated and dependable with detail-oriented workflows
