Job Summary
Supporting a partnership with the assigned Sales Rep, the remote Sales Coordinator will manage customer accounts, process purchase orders, and resolve service issues to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to sales goals.
Key responsibilities
- Actively manage an assigned portfolio of accounts and facilitate transitions to new products
- Process and manage day-to-day purchase order follow-up activities for assigned accounts
- Conduct trend analysis and reporting of customer account activity to effectively manage relationships
Required qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years in a Customer Service, Sales Support, or Sales role
- Client-driven with strong people skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written business communication skills
