Job Summary
Supporting a growing sales infrastructure, the full-time Sales Coordinator will manage the Client Onboarding Checklist, draft and oversee Statements of Work (SOWs), and coordinate sales enablement materials while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Client Onboarding Checklist to ensure a seamless transition from deal closure to client kickoff
- Draft, format, and maintain accuracy of Statements of Work (SOWs) for new client engagements
- Coordinate logistics for industry conferences and events, ensuring the sales team is prepared and equipped
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, business development, or account coordination, preferably in a digital or content marketing agency
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proactive approach to task management
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, HubSpot, and ClickUp
- Genuine interest in B2B marketing, SaaS, and the content industry
