Job Summary

As the first point of contact for student-athletes and their families, the full-time Sales Coordinator will make high-volume outbound calls to educate families about services and schedule appointments with Senior Sales Specialists while working virtually.

Key responsibilities:
  • Make 80-100+ structured outbound calls per day to prospective student-athletes and their families
  • Educate families on services and build trust early in the recruiting process
  • Utilize CRM and sales tools to track interactions and manage outreach effectively
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 months of professional work or internship experience
  • Basic understanding of sports and the college recruiting landscape
  • Flexibility to work some nights and weekends
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting goals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
