Job Summary
Supporting billing operations and customer retention efforts, the part-time hourly Sales Coordinator will manage customer billing activities, assist with sales initiatives, and serve as a key point of contact for customers regarding account renewals and cancellations in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and monitor customer billing activities, including invoicing and payment processing
- Conduct churn outreach for accounts impacted by payment issues and assist with account recovery efforts
- Support the sales team with customer communication, follow-ups, and identifying upsell opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or account coordination
- Experience with CRM systems or billing platforms preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and opportunities
