Job Summary
Supporting the Head of Sales and Business Development, the full-time Accounting Services Sales Coordinator will manage a pipeline of inbound leads, maintain CRM data accuracy, and ensure effective internal coordination in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage sales execution by tracking inbound leads and facilitating deal progression
- Maintain HubSpot CRM with clean data, accurate records, and organized follow-through on outbound activities
- Coordinate client onboarding processes and ensure smooth transitions between sales and delivery teams
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, sales support, or client-facing business development roles
- Proficiency in CRM systems, with HubSpot experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting executives or senior team members in an administrative capacity
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on maintaining accurate records
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage competing demands
