Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting the Customer Success team, the contract Sales Coordinator will maintain accurate customer and sales data, assist with daily operations, and gain hands-on experience with Salesforce and Excel while working remotely for 30-40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and reliable customer and sales data
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the Customer Success team
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and data analysis

Required qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce and Excel
• Familiarity with data analysis and process improvement
• Ability to work in a remote environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Availability for a 3-6 month contract role, 30-40 hours per week
