Job Summary

Managing contract creation and bill payment activities for select retailers, the full-time remote Sales Coordinator will serve as a key point of contact for the AWG Customer Team, ensuring timely and accurate contract completion and payment processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete and revise customer contracts for merchandising events, collaborating with Customer Sales Managers to ensure accuracy
  • Manage the bill payment process by reviewing invoices, generating payment instructions, and tracking payments
  • Communicate with third-party payment and contracting teams to address billing inquiries and facilitate resolutions
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to learn and navigate customer web-based portal applications
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-driven with an ownership mentality and strong attention to detail
