Job Summary
To support the Business Development Center, the full-time remote Sales Coordinator will be responsible for generating high-quality appointments by effectively communicating with potential vehicle buyers through phone, email, and text, while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
Key responsibilities
- Execute the Business Development Center process in alignment with company strategies and standards
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and schedule appointments for in-store visits
- Make 50 - 100+ outbound contacts daily to achieve appointment goals
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Call center, customer service, or sales experience required
- Tech-savvy with experience in CRM tools or a willingness to learn quickly
- Flexible schedule availability, including some weekends
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
