Job Summary

To support the Business Development Center, the full-time remote Sales Coordinator will be responsible for generating high-quality appointments by effectively communicating with potential vehicle buyers through phone, email, and text, while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute the Business Development Center process in alignment with company strategies and standards
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and schedule appointments for in-store visits
  • Make 50 - 100+ outbound contacts daily to achieve appointment goals
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Call center, customer service, or sales experience required
  • Tech-savvy with experience in CRM tools or a willingness to learn quickly
  • Flexible schedule availability, including some weekends
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
