Job Summary

Supporting a growing Sales Department in a manufacturing and distribution environment, the full-time Sales Coordinator will manage B2B communications, process customer quotes and sales orders, and coordinate order fulfillment activities, with a hybrid schedule that includes one remote day per week.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage B2B and internal communications, ensuring smooth information flow
  • Process customer quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders accurately
  • Support the sales closing process and maintain accurate records and documentation
Required qualifications
  • Experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Inside Sales, or Order Management
  • Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Understanding of order processing and sales administration functions
