Job Summary
Supporting a growing Sales Department in a manufacturing and distribution environment, the full-time Sales Coordinator will manage B2B communications, process customer quotes and sales orders, and coordinate order fulfillment activities, with a hybrid schedule that includes one remote day per week.
Key responsibilities
- Manage B2B and internal communications, ensuring smooth information flow
- Process customer quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders accurately
- Support the sales closing process and maintain accurate records and documentation
Required qualifications
- Experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Inside Sales, or Order Management
- Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Understanding of order processing and sales administration functions
