Sales Corporate Counsel Member

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel, Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice to global business partners on transactional matters related to the sale of the company's products
• Structure, review, and negotiate contracts for the disposition of goods, services, and SaaS solutions
• Lead and support team processes to build legal contracting support for scale, including drafting and maintaining contract language and supporting contract lifecycle management

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts
• Experience negotiating intellectual property licensing and ownership agreements
• Experience supporting large and dynamic organizations
• Experience negotiating international agreements
• J.D. and member in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
