Job Summary

To drive our expansion in the educational technology sector, the full-time Sales Country Manager will develop and execute sales strategies, lead and support sales teams, and oversee daily operations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Achieve sales objectives by implementing effective sales strategies and monitoring performance metrics
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales teams, providing guidance and support to ensure target achievement
  • Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales performance
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of managerial or supervisory experience
  • 5+ years of experience in B2C sales
  • Previous experience as Head of Sales or similar role leading 50+ people
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (at least B2/C1)
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM
