Job Summary

Driving sales growth in the educational technology sector, the full-time Sales Country Manager will develop and execute effective sales strategies, lead and support sales teams, and oversee day-to-day operations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Achieve sales objectives through the development and execution of effective sales strategies
  • Lead and mentor a team of Sales Supervisors and Closers to ensure target achievement
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide insights to senior management
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of managerial or supervisory experience
  • 5+ years of experience in B2C sales
  • Previous experience as a Head of Sales or similar role leading large teams
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (at least B2/C1)
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM
