Job Summary
Driving revenue growth in the French market, the full-time remote Sales Country Manager - France will lead sales initiatives, collaborate with channel partners, and develop go-to-market strategies while managing multiple teams to ensure success.
Key responsibilities
- Lead revenue generation and growth initiatives for the France region, developing and implementing effective sales strategies
- Collaborate with channel partners to manage pipelines, nurture prospects, and maximize sales opportunities
- Oversee and support multiple teams, driving hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development to cultivate a high-performance team culture
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in a sales leadership role with experience in managing multiple teams, preferably in a high-growth tech company
- Demonstrable experience and knowledge of the France market, including cultural, regulatory, and economic factors
- Proven ability to think strategically and use data to inform decisions regarding market opportunities
- Strong communication skills to represent the company to internal stakeholders and external partners
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets through disciplined execution
