Sales Curriculum Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Curriculum Development Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, design, governance, and optimization of sales learning content and curricula
• Manage daily LMS administration and ensure a seamless user experience
• Analyze learning data to measure program effectiveness and inform improvements

Required Qualifications

• 5 - 7+ years of experience in learning and development, sales training, or related fields
• Experience using Cornerstone or similar Learning Management Systems
• Demonstrated expertise in instructional design and adult learning theory
• Program management skills, including planning and prioritization
• Experience administering or optimizing a learning management system
