Sales Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Creating sales opportunities for the Retail Sales team, the full-time Sales Customer Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls regarding the reverse mortgage program, making over 100 dials per day and meeting production metrics in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and initiate outbound calls to generate interest in the reverse mortgage program
• Qualify customers based on program guidelines and transfer qualified leads to the sales team
• Update the Sales CRM with transaction notes and create follow-up appointments

Required qualifications

• Basic computer skills, including MS Office and soft phone usage
• Customer service experience with a basic understanding of reverse mortgage products
• Knowledge of the mortgage industry
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Organized and performance-driven with excellent communication skills
