Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Sales Customer Service Representative will assist clients with inquiries, manage sales processes, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist clients with inquiries and provide product information
• Manage sales processes from initial contact to closing
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role
• Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer management tools
