Sales Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Data Analyst to optimize sales and customer success operations through data management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customer segmentation and manage book-of-business for sales and customer success teams
• Align customer data and track performance with strategic partners and sales teams
• Generate reports for QBRs and analyze sales pipeline metrics and partner team performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in sales/business analyst roles, preferably in insurance, veterinary, or SaaS industries
• Experience with CRM management (Zoho and Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
• Ability to support QBRs with data-driven insights and reporting
