Sales Data Analytics Lead

Job Summary

Leading a team in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Lead Sales Data and Analytics will manage data structures, reporting outputs, and analytical insights to support Sales and Marketing, ensuring alignment with business priorities and effective collaboration with the IT Business Intelligence team.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the Sales Data & Analytics team, maintaining a deep understanding of data for Sales and Marketing reporting
• Manage team workload and project prioritization to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of analytics and reporting
• Act as the primary liaison between Sales Operations and IT, translating business requirements into actionable data needs

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or data management
• Experience collaborating with IT or BI teams to support business reporting and analytics
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into data models and analytics solutions
