Job Summary

- Guide inbound leads through the consultative debt relief process
- Identify clients' financial pain points and provide tailored solutions
- Close deals with urgency and compliance while collaborating with the team to meet revenue goals
Required Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, preferably in financial services or high-ticket B2C roles
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment
- Empathetic communicator with a strong drive to excel
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Prior experience in debt relief or lending is advantageous
