Job Summary

Seeking a driven Sales Debt Advisor for a full-time position, who will guide inbound leads through a consultative debt relief process, identify financial pain points, and close deals with urgency while collaborating with a team to achieve revenue goals.

Key responsibilities:
  • Guide inbound leads through the debt relief process
  • Identify clients' financial pain points and align them with tailored solutions
  • Close deals while maintaining compliance and urgency
Required qualifications:
  • Proven sales closing experience, preferably in financial services or high-ticket B2C roles
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment
  • Empathetic communication skills with a strong drive to outperform
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Prior experience in debt relief or lending is advantageous
