Job Summary

Seeking motivated individuals for the full-time, remote Sales Development Advisor position, responsible for making outbound calls to generate interest in insurance products, overcoming sales objections, and transferring potential customers to licensed agents.

Key responsibilities
  • Make upwards of 800 outbound calls daily to sales prospects to generate interest in SelectQuote's products
  • Handle and overcome sales objections to successfully transfer potential customers to licensed insurance agents
  • Meet and exceed monthly goals for transfer rates and contact-to-transfer metrics to enhance sales agent conversion
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a telesales or sales environment
  • Preferred experience in a high-volume metrics or commission-driven role with proven success
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends
  • Proficiency with technology, including computers and phone systems
